7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
- Describe the reason for return and attach photos if applicable
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3โ5 business days via your original payment method or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad).
Exchange
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, simply mention this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
